Buying objects and campaign lifecycle

Buying objects are the records a campaign becomes once it has been bought: in AdCP a media buy, the packages inside it and the products they are bought from. AAMP's control plane inherits the equivalent objects — Account, Order, Line and Product — from OpenDirect 2.1.

A media buy is the purchased campaign, a package is one product inside it with its own budget, pacing and flight dates, and a product is what a seller advertises before anything has been bought.
